Tetracycline Dental Stain Treatment

Our patient, a 40 year old female, presented with a history of Tetracycline stains on her teeth. The patient had old composite veneers on the maxillary anterior (upper) teeth that she did not wish to change at this time.
Although the patient was satisfied with her existing composite veneers... she wanted something better. Our patient's goal was to achieve the maximum in cosmetic result for her current treatment. She ultimately decided to have Dr. Petulla forego the use of composite material, electing instead to use premium custom fabricated porcelain laminates.
A total of six (6) Empress porcelain veneers were placed on the lower anterior teeth to cover the unsightly stains. As can be seen in these photos, the cosmetic result was quite dramatic. Color and shade matching was perceptibly perfect. Our patient was very pleased with her outcome.
